Dissemination Of Confidential Criminal Justice Information — Procedure For Dissemination Through Court — Notice And Objection To Disclosure
The missionaries have NOT shared “Confidential Criminal Justice Information.” (Notice how these documents were signed on January 20, 2023 meaning these prosecuting attorneys have had this in the works for a while).
Questions:
What are these prosecuting attorneys trying to hide?
What are they afraid of?
Will the missionaries be forced to be present?
Will the public be able to view this via Zoom? (I think we know the answer to that).
The founders and framers of the Constitution set it up against such tyranny;
The Sixth Amendment guarantees the rights in all criminal prosecutions, the accused SHALL enjoy the right to a speedy and PUBLIC trial, by an impartial jury, the right to a lawyer, and the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you. Secret and sealed courts have no place in a free country, in a Constitutional Republic; No law or statute can violate the Constitutional right of the public to witness all proceedings.
