Flathead Liberty Coalition has taken a stance.

The Coalition feel the ordinances contained within the following letter would infringe on the rights of upright taxpaying citizens within our community and yet at the same time, “failing to provide liability for the culprits that produced these machinations in the first place.”

In other words stop punishing law-abiding citizens and rewarding those who break the law.
