Things were hopping at the Capitol today as the House floor and upper Gallery erupted.
One onlooker had this to say,
“Zooey Zephyr stood up and caused a ruckus in the House Chambers today. The Speaker had to clear the Chamber and ask the members to leave the floor to the side. It was crazy in the House; Zephyr was acting and carrying on like the big cheerleader.”
“The Speaker had to clear the balcony and ask the members of the House to go to each side of the Chamber.”
