A deliberate homicide against a homeless man earned Kaleb Elijah Fleck a $500,000 “Total Bail” while his accomplice goes free. Wiley James Meeker walks unfettered after filming the perpetrator and the man Fleck killed, Scott Bryan of Kalispell.
