It is uncertain if the activities under “All Ages Drag Performance” will be breaking the law under the newly passed HB359.

Several locals have contacted the sheriff’s office in Libby and local law enforcement has revealed they will be present to check out the content of the “Drag” event specifically to see if it falls under HB359. You can read the full content of the bill by clicking here.

A local Lincoln County legislator was contacted and stated something to the effect of “it depends on the content of the performance”.

Keep checking back for details as the story develops.
