Lakeside Volunteer Park “Vandalism Ruins Sprinkler System”

Date:

In a recent article, we stated that the brown, dried grass at Volunteer Park in Lakeside was due to a lack of county watering, however, that is not the case.

A local resident revealed that the brown dried up fire hazard grass was due to teens who ruined the sprinkler system. What a pitiful sight it was at the park today.

What is happening to Flathead County? In the last year we’ve experienced a slew of criminal activity including vandalism.

This crime affects so many people and is so hard on the area which so many worked so hard to set up for the community to enjoy.
