Montana Primary Elections are on a steady downhill roll all the way to the grave.
The primaries aren’t even a level playing field anymore and our Central Committees, Pachyderm Clubs, and Republicans Women’s Clubs in many ways are the antithesis of what was once good, fair, and right. Yes, they do some good however many of these ‘committees and clubs’ are now so ‘dyed in the wool’ and hell-bent on keeping with the ‘party line’ that often they can’t see the ‘forest for the trees’ or rather the wolves dressed like granny.

It seems that anyone within the “Republican Party” gets to ‘speak their mind’ even if they’ve lied, bought, stole, sold, or cheated their way in. It’s similar by comparison to say ‘the end of the free market’. Not everyone gets to play anymore; the playing field isn’t fair but often sold out to the richest or those most willing to kiss the feet of higher-ups in the Washington D.C. Swamp.
It’s the death of what was once good and fair and right and equal for all who had the fortitude to run for election.
The primaries are rigged, bought out, and have died and with it the once hopeful Montana way of life.
Is that really even “an article?” I have been fighting to preserve these primaries, and fighting for We The People’s “duty” to reform these Central Committees since 2006…and it isn’t easy! Too many Lawyers enter here! If you want a real article to be written on this monumental battle…reach out to me and let’s break National news with this scandal…because it is one! I agree with Mr. Gillstrom – ” Is this even an article?” Who bears the weight of responsibility for rinos being elected and re-elected into positions of power? Yup – that’d be US; the voters NOT the Central committees, NOT the ‘clubs’… Volumes have been written about how to turn the tide in Montana to something that resembles common sense, let alone Constitutional. But it is all shadow boxing until we can rid ourselves of VOTER APATHY. If you want to write an article that has impact, write that one. You obviously don’t understand where the problem lies. Stop bashing central committees that volunteer their time and energy to ferret out good voices to put forth to the voters. The primaries are stolen by having OPEN PRIMARIES. Write an article why having closed primaries can be a saving grace. We lose great choices in the primaries. You have no idea how many times our central committee has put themselves on the line only because it was the right thing to do. I encourage you to WRITE about the above; to put yourself on the line to help effectuate change in our state.
Rhoda I’ve BEEN to Central Committee meetings and I’ve watched them towing party lines … I did not say this was always the case but at least where I live there are some real doozies in there doing destructive things. I’ve seen it. Missoula is horrible calling police on freedom fighters..Kalispell has some instigators who do NOT make the best choices many times.
Rhoda go ahead and write an op-ed on closed primaries. im swamped going through 20-page docs on Sheehy, GG, and Daines. By all means have at it.

Good point Rein, I would agree it’s not easy! Much like it wasn’t easy for our founding fathers and mothers, our suffrage sisters! But I’d rather fight for what is (biblically) good, right and true until my dying breath! We must fight against the lying liberal left and their death march! Sadly, we even have to fight for truth within our own party, against in-fighting, slander, division INSTEAD OF fighting our true opponent, the Marxist, lawless, hateful, destructive Democrat Party! If Republicans, Independents, Libertarians don’t band together and STOP LISTENING TO THE LIES AND DECEPTION of the Democrat party we only have ourselves to blame. They don’t care about our freedoms – they care about money, power and control of We The People, our homes, our land, our children, our hard earned money. They claim abortion is safe! Abortion hurts women and kills innocent babies – let’s be clear! They don’t care about “trans-kids”, they care about world population control and they will stop at nothing to reach their goals. The end justifies the means, they will say and do anything to get what they want, even destroy and mutilate the bodies of innocent children! Where’s the outcry for the children and their innocence? Where are the men, where are the fathers standing up to protect our children, protect girls from invading girls sports?! We have huge problems to solve, make sure we are holding our elected Republicans and representatives accountable to protect our republic and uphold our U.S. CONSTITUTION, for future generations and our posterity. Side note: a small ragtag group of Republican Women across Montana and the U.S. took back the reins of NFRW from a woke RINO leadership giving biological men parading as women voting rights in our women’s organization! We partnered alongside Riley Gaines who is a warrior to protect our girls/women’s sports when the fathers and mothers didn’t stand up against the NCAA who allowed a MAN to compete against Riley and other women in their swimming competitions. That man, took the scholarships and the trophies from these YOUNG WOMEN. We must fight right alongside the generations coming along behind us who want a better place – they need role models that will fight for what is good, right and true. That’s all for now….i believe we’re on the same page but bring different perspectives to the table. Iron sharpens iron, civil discourse is essential and we shouldn’t be afraid or offended by it.
I hope you’re choosing to work with (or serve on your county’s) a local central committee and make a difference by attending training to be an election judge, then serving there. I hope you’re attending country commissioner meetings and staying in touch with our state and federal representatives. I hope you’re working on a team to fight election fraud in your country and state.
