BREAKING! State of Montana Drops “Criminal Charges” Against 3 Persecuted Missionaries (Madison County Madness)

Date:

On September 19th, Judge Luke Berger of Madison County in Montana dropped the “Criminal Charges” against Bethany Phillips (previously Bethany Boyd), Carter Phillips, and Eric Trent (three persecuted missionaries who traveled through Madison County, Montana, two years ago this coming November.

The term “Criminal Charges” is in quotes to prove a point; these three missionaries were never guilty of any crime whatsoever.

Rogue Madison County Law Enforcement twisted their stories, falsely accused them, and threw them in jail illegally. Now, just two years shy of the second anniversary of the wicked and corrupt event where a business owner in Madison County assaulted them, the case has been dropped, and no fines have been issued.

Justice for these three individuals has been served, and their motto all along has been “No Pleas-No Deals to the Bitter End.”

(See court documents below)

The group’s lead missionary, Jesse Boyd, is still scheduled for trial on October 28th, 2024, in Virginia City, Montana.

Join Montana 1st News in prayer to the end that Boyd’s case will be dropped in the same manner.

“No pleas-No Deals-Till the Bitter End”

May God be praised above all.
