‘Shirley’s Bill’ (House Bill 376) “She Passed Away Needlessly”

Date:

Shirley Herrin passed away needlessly at St. Peter’s Hospital in Helena, MT, on October 26th, 2021.

Read the following information below pertaining to Shirley Herrin’s time spent at St. Peter’s Hospital-

Herrin was admitted last week with “Covid.” The staff at St. Peter’s in Helena took her vitamins and natural supplements away and put her on a protocol that is not working. She worsened significantly after being admitted and begged for a prescription of Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine and was refused by the doctors at St. Peters Hospital.

Then an outside physician issued prescriptions, but St. Peters still refused to administer those medications. The hospital requires that Herrin be discharged to receive such medications. So apparently, Shirley Herrin has to check herself out of St. Peters to receive the treatment she needs.

However, Herrin has been repeatedly hounded to take Remdesivir by the hospital staff- to which she has declined. Remdesivir (as stated by numerous health workers throughout the United States and Montana) causes organ and kidney failure.

Herrin has declined to take the harmful medication.

‘Shirley’s Bill’ contains the following below.

(6) (a) The patient has the right to make decisions about the plan of care prior to and during the
25 course of treatment, to refuse a recommended treatment or plan of care, and to be informed of the medical
26 consequences of the decision.
