STOP Ferndale Development! Meeting Wednesday-Lake County Courthouse 7 pm

Date:

Ferndale residents are NOT happy at the prospect of a ‘new development’ (a large 27-parcel subdivision) proposed to be built at Red Owl Trail at the Junction of Hwy MT 83.

One particular resident had this to say.

“People should be up in arms on so many levels….traffic, fire safety, infrastructure, charming towns turned to little cities.”

Tomorrow night at the Lake County Courthouse (Room 316) Polson at 7 you can show up and make public comment. For directions on how to Zoom or email read details below.

“If you plan to attend the Planning Board meeting on August 9th, and plan to speak during the Public Comment section of each application, when at the podium, please state your name, then if you are in favor or opposed to the application.  Then you can follow with your reasons for your position.  This will make it clear to the Board right away, and they won’t be guessing your position.”
