Mountain Lion Sighted Near Corvallis Primary School

One can’t be too careful and especially as ‘critters’ and other larger wildlife such as mountain lions and bears are now roaming around hungry once again. This time a ‘cat’ was seen outside the Corvallis Primary School in Corvallis, Mt.

CORVALLIS, Mont. — Corvallis Primary School went into lockdown Tuesday after a mountain lion was spotted in the vicinity of the school.

Law enforcement and Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks responded to the scene.

Once the threat was dismissed, the lockdown was lifted and school activities resumed as usual.
