What’s With the “Carhartt Gang” in Kalispell?

Date:

Wait what? What or rather who is the “Carhartt Gang” of Kalispell? Is it really a gang?

Take a look at the following:

Other Flathead residents had this to say,

And yet another resident shared the following,

There is no Carhartt….

The issue here AS USUAL (is not really that these folks are wearing “Carharrts”). The issue is they are wandering homeless people and that is getting them into trouble.

Are some violent? We do not know for sure. However we DO KNOW that these folks need a lot of guidance and in the day as well as the evening. Please if you see these people out and about guide them to “A Ray of Hope” Homeless Shelter in Kalispell. It is a most excellent shelter/program with a lot of accountability.

Flathead County (Kalispell area) is now 2nd in the state for the highest population of homeless people only second to Missoula. We have even more homeless folks here (per capita) then even Billings.

We do have a lot of ‘services’ here that cater to the homeless. We will just leave it at that. “If you serve them they will come.”
