According to a ‘tweet,’ today from ‘Montana Talks’ radio host Aaron Flint, Rep. Zooey Zephyr will not be allowed to speak in person on the “floor” in the Helena Capitol for the rest of the season. All Republicans were in favor of the vote and all Democrats were opposed according to Josh Margolis- (See details below)
