Atty General Knudsen Faces Claims of Misconduct-Also Aims to Prosecute Persecuted Missionaries

Date:

Attorney General Austin Knudsen is on the hot seat concerning claims of “attorney misconduct in Montana” as a professional organization filed a complaint against him yesterday, Tuesday, September 5th. Whether or not this investigation finds him guilty is yet to be seen but we do know in the case of the persecuted missionaries who walked peacefully through Madison County, Montana, last November and were assaulted, beaten, and falsely accused- AG Knudsen is not to be trusted as he and his staff are aiming to prosecute the four innocent evangelists.

“The professional organization that investigates claims of attorney misconduct in Montana filed a complaint against Attorney General Austin Knudsen on Tuesday.

The complaint, filed by Missoula attorney Timothy Strauch on behalf of the Montana Supreme Court-appointed Office of Disciplinary Counsel, says Knudsen and attorneys who work for him at the state Department of Justice undermined public confidence in the judicial system with their communications to and about the Montana Supreme Court during a lengthy separation-of-powers conflict with Republican legislators.
