Dave Kesler running for HD 76 against incumbent Fitzpatrick had plenty to share about the latter’s voting record. Kesler believes the public should know the truth and vote accordingly. Below are Kesler’s thoughts on the matter.
“I went to a meet/greet tonight at the Drummond Library and presented some of Fitzpatrick’s voting records. He (quite angrily) stated that he “DID NOT VOTE AGAINST TAX REBATES!” His record shows otherwise…. (Fitzpatrick voted NO)….

Some of his votes include, voting AGAINST preventing involuntary commitment for the elderly, Voting FOR doubling the rate Counties can raise property taxes, Voting AGAINST protecting a student from disciplinary action for calling another student by their legal name, voted AGAINST limiting the Fed in facial recognition surveillance usage, voted AGAINST requiring a warrant to remove a child from their home in non-emergency situations (one of only 2 no votes!)
