When you read the following piece submitted by Jeni Dodd of Great Falls you will clearly understand that it is the taxpayers (and not the Library Foundation as people are told) who are paying for the Library Levy Election. Make no mistake that is exactly what is happening.
The truth is out-it’s the taxpayers who are stuck with the bill-not good.
