Amending this worst MT R Bill of 2023 to state definition of “money” does not apply to central bank digital currency unless future Montana legislators vote in CBDC in. If that gives you a false sense of comfort, it is because you don’t know that with Republican majorities in both MT houses since 2009, Montana government has become the biggest employer in the state while private enterprise was thrashed, Medicaid expansion and the water compact were passed.
