91-Year-Old Whitefish Resident Rescued from Idaho River

Date:

An elderly resident from Whitefish MT was rescued from the Lochsa River in Idaho by a passerby who just happened to have completed his “swift water rescue training.” Fortunately for Clifford Parver 91, he was rescued quickly and before Law Enforcement and EMS made it to the scene.

God was certainly looking out for Mr. Parver. it’s no coincidence that someone had just taken their water rescue course then arrived just in time to rescue the older gentleman.

This report came via the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office.
