While people are watching the “exposé” by independent content creators about corrupt Maui officials, Red Cross and FEMA mismanagement and ineptitude, and real estate developers calling homeowners to buy their real estate, most don’t understand that all this is being positioned as part of a toolkit, aka the Hegelian dialectic: (Problem

Expect the Hawaiian government (via Public Private Partnerships) to come to the rescue of the indigenous Hawaiian people. The billionaires/trillionaires/corporations will be the saviors! Watch for Lahaina to be placed in a Community Land Trust managed (and the land owned) by the corporation with many promises including “affordable housing” with property taxes flowing to the local and state “governments”. And as more walkable and transit-oriented developments are augmented, Land Value Capture will continue to increase the tax stream. Win-Win for P3 in the name of Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity and Sustainability.
Mismanagement by government is to build the narrative towards Zero Trust in corrupt politicians. This will eventually be replaced by a version of Digital Trust Digital Governance (for those interested, look up the international law framework and documents being fine-tuned by the Council of Inclusive Capitalism, headquartered in Rome).
Emergency systems that failed to be activated (for fire emergency) will be replaced with heavy Smart City surveillance equipment for enhanced safety and security for future disasters (connected to AI for fault-tolerant performance).
FEMA and Red Cross agencies may be replaced by UN disaster relief groups (UN military police? Robots?)
Ultimately, everything will be funneled via the United Nations SDGs agenda regulated by Artificial Intelligence.
It’s only a matter of time. And time waits for no-one…
