Today protestors rallied nationwide against President Donald Trump and Elon Musk.
In Kalispell’s Depot Park there were over 200 protestors.
At the State Capitol in Helena 700 showed up to protest.
In Missoula literally over a 1000 showed up to protest Trump and Elon Musk.
And on this sunny Montana day several thousand protested statewide.
The left may not know exactly what they are doing but at least they show up for what they think they believe in.

“Hands off our Democracy” wins first place for the most uninformed as our nation has been a Republic for 249 years (but who’s counting)?
Of special note are those teeny-weeny tiny signs on plain cardboard. Who can even read those passing by?
“Hands Off All Our Religions?” Hmm not sure where that one came from because last we knew there is still Freedom of Religion here in the United States.
There’s one getting down on the “Department of Education”, but the good Lord knows in reality it’s needed an overhaul for years.
“Hands off Immigrants” is a real winner because we all know we want them in the U.S. taking over our citizen’s jobs and housing…

But what is the real truth of the matter concerning this left-wing, “democracy’ loving, immigrant loving bunch? The truth is they are many and they are well organized, and we will give them that. And they are well funded.
How on earth is the right (the conservatives and yes even those who tout themselves as Constitutionalists) so out of touch? They rarely protest and even though many of them are very wealthy they often don’t put out funding for events or purposes they say they believe in. The reason Montana now has the worst abortion laws in the entire nation is because the left were the ones funding pro-abortion (CI-128) literature and commercials and brochures. It’s always just a handful of ‘minute-men’ and women (trying to save the day but they COULD use some help) who attend these anti-abortion and other protests (remember Covid?) when it should be the conservative masses who SHOULD leave the leftists (who were out in droves today and nationwide) behind in the dust.
We are still waiting for that day (at least here in Montana) and hopefully it won’t be a “cold day in hell” before that happens.
Montanans on the right had better start fighting for what they believe in via protests, pooling their funds, and working together for one cause because their opponents are passing them up.
As an independent who was raised Republican I attended this rally and wanted to note that there wasn’t 200 but an estimated 1200-1500 in attendance that day. Nearly half the protesters were Republicans that equally are concerned that Musk was never voted in. It was an amazing way to all come together.
