· Pro-life Montana: Personhood HB 316 still has not been brought before the House for a vote even though it passed the House Judiciary Committee over a month ago (2/6/2025).
Referendum Bills like HB 316 can still be brought forth after transmittal.
Call MT Speaker of the House, Brandon Ler now, and politely urge him to please allow Personhood HB 316 to be brought to the House floor for a vote. Call Monday through Wednesday THIS week 730am-430 pm and leave a message on the number 1-406-444-4800 You will be asked your name, phone number, who the message is for, and what the message.
If you’ve already contacted him once, wonderful. Please do it again. We recommend you contact House Speaker Ler three ways….calling and leaving a WebMail message is a better guarantee he’ll see it:
